How can we repair your phone?
The service concerns the repair of damaged software with MI authorization for Xiaomi phones in cases where:

For which phones?
According to of this service, we repair bricks for Xiaomi phones manufactured after 2018 (from Redmi Note 5 and later), because their repair requires paid authorization of an MI account.

How to order software installation?

1. Please purchase the service and choose the return shipping method (from us after installation), and write the telephone name in the order information,
2. Pay for the service,
3. Delete the device from the FIND Device section on i.mi.com of your Xiaomi account (if it was logged in on the phone).
4. Send the phone in accordance with our information about shipping after ordering.
5. Please also provide your Xiaomi account if it was created on the device.

Execution time

The service delivery time depends on the phone and the cause of the fault – usually about 1-3 days. To this time, you should add e.g. 7 days to unlock the bootloader if the phone has Chinese firmware after saving it.
